The following sets out the provisions of Manger Vines Kids’ delivery policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to deprive a purchaser of any applicable statutory rights and is strictly subject to applicable law including Jamaica’s Sale of Goods Legislation and the Electronic Commerce Act.
DELIVERY
Manger Vines Kids (MVK) delivers island wide via bearer and Knutsford Express. To guarantee timely delivery, we must have complete addresses, full name, and daytime phone numbers. Email addresses are optional. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
When an order is made online, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox via the email address provided upon ordering.
Orders may be delivered to your home, office, or other location of your choice within Jamaica’s corporate area, Portmore, Spanish Town and Parts of Clarendon. Drop Off Points via Knutsford Express are used for areas outside of these locations.
MVK’S order processing time is a maximum of 24 to 48 hours
If an order is damaged during transportation via Knutsford Express, and the package appears to have been tampered with in any way, customers are encouraged to notify us immediately. MVK will not accept responsibility if a report is not made within 24 hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, MVK serves destinations within Jamaica only. We are unable to ship orders outside of Jamaica.
